Recently we have not had the time to actually release 0.2, the git version is pretty good and will do for the time being. I strongly suggest that you pull from git instead of using 0.1. You can use

git clone git://github.com/Focus/bpack.git

to pull the latest version. Also check out the packages at http://github.com/Focus/bpack-packs.

Version 0.1 (alpha) has been released. You can follow the link here to download it.

I have also added a git repo which can be obtained using git clone git://github.com/Focus/bpack.git .
